Speaking about that, Enter gets a lot of influence from SpongeBob. In the last stream, he said Chore Wars was his version of a SpongeBob episode he hated.

I think I figured out why Enterbots like Growing Around.

So, he uses stock plots. A lot of these have been used in cartoons his fanbase is farmiliar with, like SpongeBob and My Little Pony. If they like those shows, especially the plots, then they'll like GA. The biggest factor is that not many of his fanboys understand what is creative and what isn't. Otherwise, they would probably bash GA.
