Because it was never about Vic being a creep. It was about them just not liking him and cooking up a high school conspiracy to get rid of him.

Corbenfan84 probably wants Vic to step on him but knows he never will so instead of being a good little degenerate and fucking off he has to sperg about it online.
 
Let's imagine what would have happened if Vic didn't get help and decided to minecraft himself for the pleasure of these rotten bastards.

They would have won and would probably celebrate it on Twitter (Don't tell me that they won't because as humans they also have feelings, I am pretty sure a T-800 have more emotions than these psychopaths.)
They would hope to steal Vic's fame and fans even if they badmouthed them the day before but that's where they are wrong.
Just because that person disappears doesn't mean that you'll gain his fame or his fanbase because for that you need to have his talent which is clearly not the case.

They would soon understand that and, frustrated, would try to fill that void by cancelling VA's after VA's, male in priority because it is easier.

That would be a grim alternate future for the anime dub community.

They seem like the group that is salty that they got bullied in HS and never let go of that so they spend their whole life trying to recreate that feeling of being popular and having in-jokes and being generally the cool kids.

Never letting go of that high school drama, eh? Some of them have kids in high school which is why I don't get how they're hung up about it.
