Chris is going to use his psychic powers to ensure everyone here is doomed once the merge happens and maybe whine a little bit, but he isn't going to take any sort of direct action. He'll just get distracted by making trading cards again within a week.

I’ve said it very recently but it comes down to this: I don’t think people should try to help Chris anymore and it’s for a few reasons.
Clyde got Chris to do funny, even fucked up shit but also tried giving him advice as Vivian. That got him nowhere. In fact it kind of seemed like Chris was trying to hit on Vivian a little bit.
Kacey tried probably every approach under the sun and if she’s to be believed in her Q&A she had literally hundreds of calls with him (none of which went anywhere). She even went so far as to flirt with him and go out to meet him. Sure it produced funny content, but most of it was boring apparently. She even wanted all the trolling to stop when her saga was done and all that but sure enough Chris kept biting.
Kim went out with him a few times as just a friend (and once as a “date”) and tried to get him to socialize like a normal adult. Even tried get him a male friend (still a troll but whatever) a la Magic Man. There’s a few good reasons why that didn’t last and she still tried to be encouraging and nice over Facebook even if she did leak shit.
Alec tried getting Chris to work on the comic, even encouraged it with a carrot and stick kind of approach. Maybe it was just to laugh at Chris, but there’s still something to be said for accomplishing personal milestones and issues of the comic at that time really were personal milestones for him. Even suggested rebooting the comic a few times. Chris refused and instead just raged at him.
Anna and Rocky have both encouraged Chris to stay off the internet and play vidya by himself or seek help in a psychiatric facility or group home. Love or hate them that’s still more effort than Barb puts in for Chris.
Joshua Wise said that when he started his shit at least, he was just trying to see how far he could take it before Chris snapped and said “no more” and admit that it was all just delusional pretend shit in the Idea Guys Q&A. Yeah that’s still sadistic but again more help than Sockness or the Retard Duo.
Tl;dr anyone who tries to help Chris not only fails, but might in fact make things worse for him. He’ll complain about stress or retreat into his delusions (Tomgirl, Sonichu, Pony, etc) and flatly ignore every bit of advice or support until he wants something and then he’ll put in a modicum of effort to appease that person.

After everything Null did. Wise and Boyd would still be extorting money out of Chris if Null didn't step in to stop them.

When you consider where Chris is- that the hell he calls life was almost entirely his fault- it's little wonder he chooses not to deal with it. If he dealt with it, these problems might not be an issue. But then, Chris has always been one for taking the easy way out.

I can’t take this shit anymore sometimes. Chris always fucks up every meaningful connection he has and this causes him to go down the downward spiral he built for himself over and over again. In this scenario, he may actually lose MKR and this may causes Sockness to exploit the power vacuum.

Sometimes I really do wish for a few lolcows on here to get better, but Chris has been doing this shit for years. Before he was ever getting trolled he was harassing a dean for simply not putting up with his shit. He will never get better, he will die alone, and nothing anyone does will change that. The only thing you can do is laugh about it.

This almost needs to be expanded upon and turned in a general "Don't try to help Chris" sticky. As Null and others have said, Chris only wants to surround himself with people who play along with this dimensional merge shit and all of his other magical delusions. It's why he's so vulnerable to people like Sockness and whatever number of Idea Guys we're currently up to. It's also why people who try and help Chris eventually reach the status of "who fucking cares" and washes their hands of him. The story of Chris-Chan has been on track for a very unpleasant, miserable ending and that's not going to change because Chris himself doesn't want to change.

Yup. A smart person knows when to cut their losses. Chris is 100% a loss. I'm still pissed off though.... Null saves him from literal fraud, and yet is somehow again branded "the bad guy" and we're all murderers here. Hello? Farmers here don't believe in hurting animals much less kill people. However chris’ life ends will all be his creation regardless of who influences him. There is no more help to be given to him. It’s gotten to the point that I’m even surprised that Chris is still out there when all you have to do is roleplay ponies with him. Sock will do whatever he must to get close to Chris, and when that does happen, I’m sure we will all watch as the taffypull/sonichu pain olympics saga plays out with great interest.
