I used to check in on him from time to time and seeing him now proves this is just a variant of BDD. The pre-surgery picture on his GFM looks more feminine/female than his looks now. Unconventional facial features due to his Waardenburg, but really feminine. Now? You can tell he shaved down and cut off the most distinguishable and charming characteristics of his face away with surgeries. Now he looks like porn star faced tranny #1,109. He probably won't stop until it's perfect, which will never happen.

Legitimate trannies would imply that transgenderism is even a valid concept to begin with, which it isn't. It's just all dude with varying degrees and types of mental illness who should in no way have their abberant behavior indulged in by society or the medical establishment.

These explanations are idiotic. They're not even explanations, they're just attempts at an excuse so they don't have to out themselves and say they're just getting off.
First and foremost, an overactive Cowper's gland would be active all the time, not just whenever you would be sexually aroused. Since he explicitly said he felt sexually aroused, and work with me on this, it's because he was sexually aroused. Having an overactive Cowper's gland would also be typically painful due to hypertension. Even then, it is a far cry from the sexual response cycle in women. That excuse is just nonsense.
What's most unnerving is that this is another example of them treating "the body" like it's a completely separate system from themselves. The body doesn't have a mind of its own, it has your mind. There's very few things the body does without the brain and central nervous system's influence. It doesn't feel "excited" because you're transitioning, you do. And there's a significant difference between excitement from anticipation and sexual arousal. It's just delusions on top of delusions.

FtM's are their own bag of worms, to the point where are communities of FtMs detransitioning back to women are cropping up. Just as lots of MtF's claim to have discovered they were female through sissy and lesbian porn, a lot of FtM's discovered their "true" gender through yaoi. And similar to how MtF's troon out due to being insecure in masculine gender roles, FtM's troon out due to being insecure in feminine gender roles.
Transgenderism is a very appealing concept to adolescent, insecure girls. Don't like how your body is changing? Just become a boy! Boys don't need to worry about their breasts or hips. Dislike that men are starting to see you as a sexual target? Be a boy! Boys don't get sexually harassed like women do! Tired of hearing people talk about how women are less capable than men? Just become a man, then you won't be inferior anymore!
Plus, female-oriented "woke" sites like tumblr made transgenderism spread like wildfire. I had two irl female friends who used Tumblr when we were in middle/high school and both of them decided they were transgender male by the time they were 15, despite neither of them knowing each other. The funniest part is both of them have gone back on it by now.

This may seem like a stupid question why are most trans and nb people white? It seems like over 90% of these guys are upper-middle class to wealthy white guys, who decide to troon out. I feel like there's an obvious reason why, but all I came up with was white people wanting to feel less privilege and more special, so they feel more welcomed in the inter-sectional feminist movement.

Same reason why it's mainly white people who get into polyamory, wicca, and other bizarre communities: a need for identity and belonging. In 2019 identity is emphasized more than ever online. This can be kind of nice for ethnic and sexual minorities online, you're not just some a lone minority kid floating in the void of the internet, there are other people like you, with your experiences! Even if you grew up in the cultural melting pot of the US you're part of a community with a culture! Individuals online being able to find kinship and identity through heritage is great, but it inherently leaves out one group of individuals: white Americans.
White Americans face a cultural issue: namely that they are considered to lack one. White Americans often lack shared cultural experiences to link them together because their experience is considered the "default." Being the default is not an identity, and thus many white Americans clamor for some sort of unique experience or calling to make them a part of a community. For some people this might be religion, as it often is in the Bible belt. For some, maybe it's their work, or their hobby. For some people, it's a subculture like goth, or anime. For some, it's trooning out.

I think it's an unhealthy mindset to assume minorities all share the same experience, but unfortunately that's state of the modern left in the USA.
Considering the fact that White Americans are demonized for everything shitty thing a member of there group dose, and tend to get blamed for their corrupt politicians, while people with corrupt government or leaders in other countries, are usually not. I can understand the desire of wanting to become a minority whose considered "oppressed." Though I see trooning out from a lot of white people across the world, like in the UK and Canada.
