I use whatever pronoun seems best at the time. If I'm talking about Brianna and Frank only, I'll use "her" for Brianna if I think it'll clarify things. If I'm talking about John's attempts to appropriate women's issues for his own use...well, you can see what I just chose there.

Whatever keeps the wording brief and lively, is funny, or prods a sleeping reader awake, that's what I'll pick.

If you think I am ever choosing John's pronouns out of respect for him, your reasoning is faulty; change it, and don't tell me about it. I don't care about you having been wrong.

I see your point, but like I said, I don't mind and will keep calling Brianna a woman because I respect that in her at the very least. It's a breath of fresh air compared to literally every other trans person in this forum where the screeching about how they're opressed because they're trans is endless.

You can call Brianna "he" or "zheir" or 'xyr" for all I care. I come to Kiwi Farms to laugh at awful people, not discuss the proper pronoun protocol for shit talking someone who happens to be trans when that is not relevant at the moment.

A troon sperging about video games on Twitter is like you say unremarkable at this point. Him milking to being a "woman" at every turn for e-cred is what gets me. Like bragging about installing a RPie into a monitor as seen above is annoying because of his belief that something very simple is a big achievement because few women would be able to do what he(Frank) just did. He does not think highly of them as people or individuals.

But the funniest thing about his actual gender and trans status is refusing to admit it despite passing as gracefully as a kidney stone.

I'm probably parsing this too finely, but I find it symptomatic of John's mental illness that writes "a . . . citizen" (to incorrectly agree with me) instead of "citizens" (to correctly agree with people). Because fuck a bunch of people; this is really about me!

Also, "second class" should be hyphenated as a phrasal adjective, but I guess we'll have to cut Journalism John some slack on that one, what with him not knowing the meaning of phrase or adjective.

Not to mention that theres no such thing as a "retropi module," and that a Raspberry Pi is a microcomputer, not an SOC.

Honestly, I could accept that. What I can't accept is his asshole friends covering his very male tracks on social media by banning anyone who dares point out the obvious truth.

Definitely agreed. Wu's attitude towards every one of her hobbies is the definition of that "Yes I'm a girl. Yes I play games. Don't hit on me silly boys~~ :3c" shit (replace "play games" with "like cars" or "can code" as needed) where being a whamen gives extra points for completing simple tasks despite being completely inept at... well, everything that isn't spending Frank's money.

Between Wu and a kidney stone I think I would prefer the latter. The kidney stone would be less of a pain in the long run. Less expensive to get rid of as well.

  • Taking to lakes (or rivers in some versions) in motorboats to calm his nerves
  • Visiting every prison in Mississippi as an investigative journalist
  • Video game addict
  • Self-taught hacker and programmer
  • Manufacturer of fake IDs and other document forgery
Still waiting to learn of his careers as a long-haul trucker and a lumberjack.

I have just one question: Why would you do all this to play Darkstalkers? Sorry, one more: Isn't that a CPS2 game? Sorry, sorry, but can't 20 year old hardware emulate those near perfectly?

I think the funnest thing to do RE: pronouns and names is to use both he and she and Brianna and John in the same post. I like to think it means that people who stumble on here after searching 'Brianna Wu' read into the thread and think 'Well she's definitely an idiot, but I wonder who this John person who seems to be involved in all her schemes they talk about is.... OH GOOD GOD NO!'.
