Well, wont stop tards on the farms from acting like Chris is "just a dumbass" (which he is, of course) or that he is faking or that its just his "autism".
In the Mimms and Lucas Q&A, they said Chris functioned at the level of a 10 year old, but that was over a decade ago. All this isolation and messed up relationship with Barb likely made Chris regress mentally. I heard kids usually have imaginary friends from 3-5 and rarely up to 9.
Childish behaviors such as imaginary friends or even things like, sucking your own thumb, can persist beyond childhood, BUT its something that can be solved through some therapy, even if autism is involved. Chris, whoever, is a lost cause. Displaying 10 years and younger mental traits at nearly 40 really leaves not much to "save" since the mind would be "solidified" into this state at this point (hence why these things need to be solved when the mind is younger since an adult's is way more difficult).
Nearly 40 and there's nothing anyone can do, the only methods that could debatably work have all but been outlawed in the us, that being electro shock and lobotomy.. the former being the only way to render a fully developed brain even somewhat "reset" to where all that sonichu and merge bs is wiped clean from his conscious and if that fails..well all that's left would be a skilled surgeon removing a few bits of brain until Chris is quiet and passive and only functional in the most basic of terms.
Or I dont know...maybe have your son go through Special Ed early on in his life so that the SYSTEM doesnt have to adapt to HIM but vice versa? Of course, Borb couldnt have that, thinking it would be all "straight jackets" (a notion that is not even thanks to them being old, just being painfully ignorant red necks unwilling to learn).
There's not much of anywhere to commit people to. What the parents do is load them with ADD medications.
