I don't think he realizes why some people hate him. He gives off the impression that he thinks we hate him for no reason.
Lolcows never understand why people don't like them. They always think everyone is "just jealous" or something. Mr. Enter thinks others are jealous of his "talent", and that Viacom had his channel taken down because they're scared of him, and not because he was stealing video clips from them. It's all part of his massive ego.

In terms of Viacom having his channel taken down, while it is their content in his videos, fair use needs to be taken into account. Therefore, the videos shouldn't have been taken down.

However, I do agree with you that Mr.Enter's ego is massive.

I agree fair use should be taken into account, but Enter's stuff is pretty edgy, and not just in terms of the shit he says. At least the pony reviews are often about 10 or 11 minutes, almost all of which consists of footage with him talking over it. Most "half-hour" animation programs are 22 minutes, so that's taking half the whole program. It doesn't quite substitute for actually watching the program, but it's a quite substantial part of the work.

I'm not sure exactly what Viacom was complaining about, but if it's anything on that level, they have a point. I personally don't think content owners should be quite so aggressive about fan content when it isn't harming the market for the actual product, but hey, Viacom's gonna Viacom. It's one of those nasty behemoth corporations with a small army of low-paid interns doing copyright notifications for them, and they'll hit YouTube videos like that more or less mechanically without even thinking about it.

Then YouTube's policy is simply to disable an account on receiving a certain number of notices (I think it is still three strikes).

I'd take the crying about injustice more seriously when it takes the form of a letter on a law firm's legal letterhead actually threatening a lawsuit.

Oh look, bashing on Teen Titans Go again, what a surprise. Does anyone out there actually like the show at all?

I find it entertaining. It isn't the greatest, but it isn't the worst. It isn't supposed to be anything like the mid-2000's cartoon, so I don't know why so many people make the complaint that it is nothing like it.

I'm just not a fan of its humor, unlike other cartoons I actually pay attention to as of late. But I can see why people like it. Too bad on the other forums I frequent, I'm surrounded by people who hate it, but at the same time have a point about it being overplayed on TV, just because it's popular with the actual target audience, all while making flimsy arguments for why other shows are not, which most of which are BS, IMHO, anyway.

The reason why many people complain about it being so unlike the original source is because for years, the fans wanted a continuation of the Teen Titans cartoon, and to get this is kinda a middle finger to that want.

Yeah - that, too. To be honest, I'm glad the original show did end, however. Every good cartoon needs one, after all - you know, to avoid spinning wheels...
Harsh truth is that this was bound to happen, either that, or a darker, grittier reboot which would likely get just as trashed, sans by people obsessed with cynical BS.
