consent indeed is a dumb female whim. it's a horrible way to judge if something is rape or not. it's like trying to judge if you shot somebody by wanting it at 7.11 pm or not. um, what matters is if you pulled the trigger. so sane societies declared rape to be sex with a non-slut, aka fucking a chaste virgin or a married woman against her will. regarding proof, will you be ok with his e-mail or not?

We've been over this. Those studies that do exist are highly problematic since 1. they don't define what rape is - to a modern woman a rape is usually sex they regret 2. older ones talk about sane women, which modern western women are not.
