There was no affidavit from Rawly in MoRonicas TCPA.

As it seems that Iago/Igor/Renfield are being speculated on I shall give below a precis of the speculation from the dedicated Iago/Igor/Renfield Thread. Credit for almost all of this goes to OP damian, this is just me summarizing his OP with supplementary stuff from later in the thread here for the main thread.

Iago Clues:

  • Slimy vindictive little shit
  • Keeps his hands clean
  • Does not appear to be an employee of Funi/RT
  • Has a lot of influence
  • Does not own or run any conventions but has great influence with them
  • Is one of the people pressuring KC
  • Is rich and brags about it
  • Vice principal of a company
  • Threatened Todd Haberkorn with retaliation
  • Ty Beard mentioned he had a whiny, kind of effeminate voice
  • Iago WILL NOT be in R1 of the lawsuits
  • Does not like Igor
  • Has a whole bunch of his money tied up in an expensive project

Prime Suspect; Chris Sabat, but DC Douglas, Schemmel and Sheehan have been floated


Igor Clues:

  • Sad pathetic little human being
  • Does all the dirty work
  • Thinks Iago will hire legal protection for him
  • Igor will not be in R1 of the lawsuits
  • Does not like Iago
  • Does not know they are Igor
Prime Suspect; Schemmel, but Michael Tatum, Adam Sheehan, Dominique Skye, and Marzgurl have been floated.


Renfield Clues:

  • Renfield is somebody the kiwis have already guessed
  • It's not the whale nor the shoe eater.
  • Doesn't know they are on the target list.
  • Nick says it's one of the names that we've been throwing around for Igor
No certain prime suspect.

Other names thrown around on our end for Renfield; Marzgurl, Dominique Skye, Sean Schemmel, and DC Douglas


It is basically confirmed that Iago is either Sabat or Schemmel in the recent filings

Schemmel is suspected of being Igor primarily by inference from his relationship to Sabat.
Renfield is the less known wild card but according to Nick they are a name we put forward for Igor, meaning either Marzgurl, Skye, Tatum, Schemmel, or Sheehan.

The primary problem noted with Sabat being Iago was Ty's mentioning of his "whiny effeminate voice" Which doesn't fit Sabat at all. So this is either a mistake/memory lapse on the Beard's part or a rebuttal of Sabat. Sabat fits most other criteria, but this plus the note of him being a "Vice Principle" of his company, rather than the Principle status he would assuredly have for the Okatron, prevents a confirmation. But as the filing showed Sabat and Schemmel threatened Todd, we could have had it backwards all along, with Schemmel being Iago. It fits just slightly better than Sabat assuming the voice thing is a real criteria.

So in summery; Iago is either Sabat or Schemmel
Igor is likely Schemmel if Sabat is Iago, if not, then Igor is up in the air as it is doubtful Sabat is Igor.
Renfield is one of the named suspects for Igor (according to Nick)

Contracts that Nick said are weird and sony would probably take a look at when this is over.

1. Used to be part of the antagonist group.
Check
2. Had a crisis after the dramatic departure from said group.
Check
3. Would be content with just moving on with his life in peace but the monstrous actions of the antagonist and a sense of Justice force him into action.
Check
4. Would prefer things to be solved peacefully but the antagonists deny such resolution and invoque the rage of God upon themselves.

(For extra weeb points Ramses is known in Fate as Ozymandias and is voiced by the same actor who voices DIO Brando, and Vic is a JoJo)

I see speculation on Tiffany Vollmer but I have a totally weird wild card that in all likelyhood probably isn't true, so I'm just gonna use this post to tell an interesting little story.

Most weebs here probably know Chris Ayers is the current voice of Frieza since debuting in Kai where as Linda Young was the previous VA who had been the character since the late 90s. How many here know why Frieza was recast though?

Very simple.

Episode 1 of Kai has Young in the role obviously, though only for the character laughing as he kills Bardock. When it came time for Frieza's introduction on Namek, there was trouble behind the scenes when it came to recording. The story goes that Young was having trouble with the script for this "New Frieza" to the point that she was "unable to keep up" when it came to the character's lines. Now obviously this is disheartening for Young as she had grown attached to the character and was reluctant to give up the role but as we all know, that is exactly what happened.

Kinda curious that Sabat had a replacement on hand for just an occasion, eh? I think I might even remember a comment or two from Sabat mentioning that "He (Ayers) was what Frieza was always supposed to be" but don't quote me on that. Apparently Young "gave her blessings" to Ayers as well and wished him good luck but with all of this weeb wars drama, you just never know...

One final note is who Young has a connection to in Funimation: John Burgmeier, her son.

Perhaps keep an eye out or two on him and Young. Anything could happen.

It's Sabat. It has to be. I can't see it another way, especially with Chuck's affidavit. Ty mentioned that Iago almost made it to round 1, and the person who is not being sued with the most amount of dirt in this is Sabat.
