he is doing it in a smart way, probably his lawyer gave him some advise on how to do it. and being silent for several months was a very smart thing to do.

I'm only halfway through the video, but he's shown that at least one of his accusers is either too mentally unsound to make a clear cut accusation or lying about having brain damage, which then calls their credibility into question in general.
