Generally big youtubers tend to treat losing youtube and twitch as their source of income as a fate worse than Stalin's gulag. If Jared came to terms with how fucked up things got here, and chose to pursue a different career, rather than sit there, rotting in a bleeding youtube channel like a DSP or a Boogie, then good for him.

Hell, maybe i'm in the minority here, but i think his situation on YT is somewhat recoverable if he just keeps putting out good videos. But it'd be really difficult to put a dent in the already established narrative Heidi created. Ah well, shouldn't have divorced on twitter, Jared.

I don't think that's Heidi? Pretty sure those arm tattoos aren't hers. Plus, if you look at the background, it's a Twitch panel, and Heidi doesn't do Twitch afaik.

I've said this a while ago. Jared's about the only smart YTer who underwent major controversy aside from JonTron (who was never a lolcow to begin with and his "controversy" was stupid anyway, so his tremendous rebound isn't that surprising) and cut his losses almost immediately. It's impossible to say how he and Holly are faring now, but it's usually better to disappear from the public eye and live a different life than try to hold on to an online presence that has rotted from the inside out.

In other words, the exact opposite of Heidi has been doing from beginning to now. Who's probably driven away most prospects except the whitest of white knights with her crazy lady routine.
