Long enough. Look at Doug. First he went from old movies to recent ones, now he went from this to the movies, that hardly can be called bad. Or even at Brad. He went from obscure direct to video shit, that didn't even have IMDb page, to slasher classic, recent movies and, what is far worse, the movies that Doug has already reviewed. And the best part - their fans are so autistically loyal, that they are ok with that.

I don't know how much longer he can keep it going honestly, unless he transitions from almost purely negative reviews to maybe more of a general show, I don't see him going on for too much longer, and that's ignoring his current financial issues.

On the one hand, yes, he can always review some old comic, where most likely women are not respected enough, because it's 50's, or some nations are shown in offensive way by today's standards.
But on the other, Brad had a fucking ocean of Italian ripoffs, shot on shiteo shlock and porn parodies. Hell, he could sustain for years by simply reviewing Godfrey Ho filmography. But here he is, sloppily reviewing Christian flicks, because he hates them.
Also, there are SJW comics, yes, but is there something from the other end of spectrum? I'm not talking about something old, but maybe something self published or underground. And not "Holly terror".

Doing some push ups and sit ups every day and eating less tendies and more fruits and vegetables doesn't take a whole lot of time. I'm sure Largehog could spare the 30-40 minutes if he cared to. If food prep is a problem, doesn't he have an unemployed wife who could lend a hand with that? What's she doing all day? They're both just lazy, and probably seriously lacking in discipline and domestic skills.

The reason why Lewis doesn't have a workout schedule is because he didn't have one ten years ago. He's literally locked into a routine now.

This reply is a bit old, but I have some insight.

This is something that's more important in animation than illustration. Basically animating a character walking is difficult because 1. it's a full body motion, 2. it's a full body motion that isn't the center of attention, 3. it's a motion that that has to be done in perfect perspective, i.e. a perfect connection to the background/ no floating, 4. you have to really nail the speed, and 5. the feet have to stay anchored and not slide one bit.

Basically if you're animating feet on the ground you've made everything harder. Comic artists don't have the same problem. And both can often hide feet as they're far away from the face.

Though I do believe in different standards for professional artists vs amateurs. Noir every picture has to be perfect, particularly if you're not paying for it.

Honestly, I don't care much. Their shows are not about weigh loss, but about bitching about media for teenagers and they both are bad at it. Also, losing weight means nothing if you can't keep it that way. Boogie and Wings have lost some pounds, but now are slowly getting them back.

There are apps for your phone that have sets of exercises with detailed instructions and tips on when and what to add to those sets after a while that also remind you to keep going. It's not professional and it's way slower than the gym, but it works.

Generally yes, as unless they need to be in the shot for whatever reason, they're usually an unimportant detail or just hard to draw. It's why most comics also tend to focus on upper body shots a lot of the time, so they can avoid drawing hands unless the panel calls for it. Deadlines are usually unforgiving when it comes to the professional worlds of comics or animation.

I think lewis's issue with Rob doing it is that he almost never draws the feet, and when he does, it's just as broken as the rest of his anatomy. Though given Lewis's own attempts, I feel like that should have been a page from Rob he should have taken.

Serious talk: the quality of his videos doesn't' require the amount of work he claims he has to do to make them. I've done video editing in the past. Note: I'm rusty; I haven't done professional video editing in 8 years, but even then, what I've seen of Lewis's videos? He should totally be able to shit out a week's worth of his work in about 8-12 hours a week.

Part of this is I can totally believe he has weird workflows that he learned early on, and, as I said, due to his rigid conformity to routine, is stuck in them and literally thinks "It takes X hours to do post, so it will always take X hours to do post". Combine this with the fact that right out of highschool, he probably was amazed with the freedom of being able to set his own hours, thus the really weird sleeping schedule Liz told us about, we have a clear picture of a man that probably finds a way to make an hour's work become two hours work, not knowing he's doing this.
