I will withhold final judgement of this "set up around the corner" strategy until we get complete information, but so far this is looking to be a great success.

The kind of success that could cause convention owners to go "huh...he could be making that money in my venue and splitting it with me".

And as I said previously, the best part about this approach is if he wants to troll overtly hostile conventions, he absolutely can this way. And they can't do a goddamn thing about it. :story:
 
So I've been drifting in and out of this for bit, can someone explain to me the current situation with the case? I guess the hearings or whatever they were supposed to be on the 8th are on hold?

It's almost ridiculous to compare even Vic's kicked out signing to Monica's breach of contract signing. He's in one of the swankest locations in Times Square for a gathering and Monica was in some piss stinking comic book store guarded by a retarded mall ninja.

The Comic Book Mall Ninja Store was in the ass end of nowhere, with zero public transport links. It was that wonderfully wonderfully rich person arrogance of assuming people would shell out an extra $50 for your ass to come see you, or you'd have your car already to drive there.

The Marquis is 500 feet from the 49th Street Metro Stop. Any idiot can get to NYC and simply Metro around the whole damn city. Times Square is pretty much the number one place to go, long before the WTC, Empire State or Central Park.

Mostly just to show that there's nothing wrong with a hug and a kiss that's entirely platonic and that contrary to what most of KV thinks, not all of his fans are underage girls.
 
I was watching one of TUG's streams, and saw Monica talking about the jellybean incident. Has anyone had any luck finding that? I know her, Vic, and Greg were all at the first Tekko, but not sure it happened there.

Monica's event was not in the middle of nowhere, it was in Frisco lol. That is a very nice (and rich) town in the metroplex and it was in a very urban area surrounded by all kinds of shops and near a mall.

Monica's numbers were shit because she's shit. Also she got pretty far from the venue, and her fans are not that dedicated.
 
Hearing Vic is getting a lot of fans is great but also a bit worrying. From what I remember hearing he can be a bit of a workaholic so he might go a bit too hard at this con. Especially since he knows a lot of people will be there to help support him.
