It's on Ty's motion, so he'll hear arguments, then likely ask both Funimation and MoROn's attorneys what the fuck is going on and why they refused the request. I think he'll give Ty the continuance for Funimatuion specifically, but the others will happen on the 8th.

It's on Ty's motion, so he'll hear arguments, then likely ask both Funimation and MoROn's attorneys what the fuck is going on and why they refused the request. I think he'll give Ty the continuance for Funimatuion specifically, but the others will happen on the 8th.

Why would he grant a continuance for Funimation but not the others? Might as well just give Ty the middle finger if he's going to imply he's got to wade through 570 pages of shit by the 8th of August.
