Not a chance in hell that will ever happen. You don't understand how inmates in prison operate, the first thing your cellies are going to do is ask what you are in for or to see your papers and then have family look you up to verify. Not only that, guards have a tendency to let this info slip out on "accident" and many have access to newspapers. Female inmates are a lot more ruthless from some former CO's I talked to

This appears to be heavily dependent on the culture and country. A lot of prison culture as we know it is all based around the American penal system. I don't know if Jonathan and others like him would be better off in Canada but I wouldn't be surprised.
