All this just makes it sound like these tribunals are Easy Mode Engaged for whiny not-oppresseds. He would be shredded alive in an actual court and his mother would've been thrown out at the first of her little outbursts.

ETA Just for shits, lets estimate that Jon is making 2,500 a week, 60k a year. According to their website the Stripped Wax Bar chain in Vancouver has been voted best in the city four years in a row., so probably a quality place. They offer both Brazilian and Manzilian waxes; the former is $50, the latter is $80 (hey, specialized training and product, less demand— it’s gonna cost more) If Jon gets a Manzilian done once a month for a year— not counting any specials or package discounts, he’s out of pocket less than a thousand bucks a year or 1/60th of his income.

I don't why Cousineau keeps letting the Yanvi's act like this? It's either help his case or document how insane they are, so they a good reason to drop the rest of the cases. Being leafland and all, i'm going with the former*sigh*

To be fair, he lives in Vancouver. I think they're up to almost $2/litre for gas. Everyone who lives there is fucking insane.

it's because she literally can't do anything to stop them. HRT can only fine people. You can't be charged with contempt in a human rights tribunal. its not a real court.

Woah almost like if you don’t have the authority to enforce the due process of your own silly fake court, then maybe it shouldn’t have the same legal and financial impact of a real court
 
If I didn't know Yaniv really was a creepy pedo racist asshole, I'd swear up and down he was the ultimate parody dreamed up by the opposition to their kangaroo courts to utterly discredit them.

I just hope he does more damage to these mockeries of justice than the livelihoods of the innocent people he's screwing over first.

His mother's outburst today was abhorrent, her arse should be permanently banned from the hearings and the inevitable future cases.
