I think Ty's depo strategy for Jamie won't be too different from the one he employed for Ron.
The only difference being I expect Jamie to flip out and start screaming.
And her lawyer will be the one to tell her she needs to behave herself.

Anybody know when Jamie WILL be deposed? I remember somebody that with all the dodging she did, Jamie could have been given an L and be forced to pay Vic whatever the judge demanded.

Discovery is stayed for the moment. So it might be until after Funi's TCPA is decided. Or she might file her own motion in the near future. Then discovery would be relevant to the TCPA itself depending on the contents of that motion and Vic's opposition.
