Not a good look for Vic incompetent moldy breadlaywer trainwreck everything inadmissible TACKYTERRACOTTAWARRIOR
I don't get how people can be this dense, even cognitive dissonance has its limits. Ty has proven several very important factors with the deposition. Ron's inconstancy with his claims that you should be okay with any kind of harassment or insult, but his tweets showing the absolute opposite to the point of calling anything negative to his point of view harassment. It shows by his own admission his memories of events as recent as up to last week are unreliable and he can't attest to the validity of ANY of his claims because of this, since he "can't recall" them. Most damning of all he shows no regret or remorse for his actions/allegations/harassment towards Vic which have been fully proven to be at BEST unreliable if not outright false, proving to anyone watching his deposition that he acted with malice and a reckless disregard for the truth.

Law twitter as a whole has proven, as if any proof was needed, that there is a reason they have the time to spend on twitter all day long. God help anyone desperate enough to actually retain their services.

Maybe when vic wins that'll shut his mouth for once.

I rated optimistic just because I honestly do not see that happening(I really hope it is not a neg rating....if it is ill change it). I would say that most of these fuckers do not take this as a humbling experience, but they will either memoryhole their involvement or double down and talk about it being proof of a problem with the court system and that is why listenandbelieve is good.

How the hell anyone even reads the original pleading from Vic and thinks its a frivolous lawsuit is beyond me. You could argue that you don't think Vic has a good chance of winning for whatever reason, but to call it frivolous just betrays a complete lack of basic research into the case. Of course it's not like any of the other lawtwitter lickspittle sycophants have time to actually read the case documents and come to their own conclusion when they're all too busy aggressively agreeing with each other all day.

But didn't you heard Lemwaaah? Vic is getting some grifter GFM money to grind some poor innocent women into the dirt.

Law Twitter is also apparently absolutely oblivious to the jury audience that is going to see these depositions.

Ron Toye, to an audience of normal Texans, will come across as frankly a freak and an alien. I'm not sure if there's a jury pool where this weird, squirrelly dude would look good, but it isn't in Tarrant County.

Then, there's even just minor things like Vic having been a cop. Now, you might not think that's big and it isn't, and actually really shouldn't be, but it's literally a proven fact that juries favor cops as witnesses. The first question on direct, I'd imagine, would literally be getting that exact answer. Start with your witness's history, especially if it starts with being a cop. Then, he also actually has an air of authority to him.

This might not sound like much, but first impressions matter, and guess who shows up for juries? Generally, law abiding citizens. Your danger hair SJW shits are often scofflaws who get a jury summons and just throw that shit in the garbage, because that's the kind of people they are. People who show up are the sort of people who get a piece of paper from a court and actually respect it.

These are trivial compared to the actual content of the depositions, which are enormously damaging for Ron and enormously beneficial to Vic, but first impressions are also going to color the jury's impression of the two witnesses and their credibility.

They are going to be predisposed to favor Vic and disfavor Ron before they even hear anything substantive. You can take that to the bank.

Even Kanzenshuu is defending Ron. Also judging here. Has there a person life ruined due to this site

Also I need to ask i'm new what was the whole deal with the church shooting fiasco

The NZ thing?

New Zealand tried to ban anyone from remembering the shooting happened, tried to remove something from the internet. Null got told KF needs to comply to clown logic; Null promptly told an entire country to go fuck itself.

Now the sheep are mildly annoyed with us, because the other inhabitants of the island are assblasted that someone on the internet won't listen to them

vic could be known for stealing kittens and selling them to chinese restaurants and the jury would still favor him over ron-
Selling Heroine to kids, selling grandmas into sexslavery, etc. Ron is not likeable, Vic is.

IIRC unique visitors to the site stayed at 30k+ for hours and were significantly higher than the norm for days afterwards, as everywhere else scrubbed all mention of it. NZ also wanted all of the IPs and identifying info on anybody who viewed / shared the video and have jailed at least one person so far who did. Media reports said there was another dozen or so they also want to jail.

Found another deposition hot take.
I was just going to post this guy's stuff. Look at how he misrepresents what happened over and over.

When Ty asked to repeat and spell, to clarify if he mean Fuhrer or furor
840342

Vic explained he at one point chose fans who were clearly of age (working adults) for mods, and those mods screen new mods
840347

Vic said Greg assumed he was against homosexuals, Fred is apparently taking that as a confession
840363

Vic said it was other industry people that told him, not fans. He specifically named Chuck Huber.
840364

This could be auto-correct, but Vic said 'moments' not 'thoughts'
