Finally caught up on last night's stream.

I get the feeling that Nick is intentionally trying to fuck with them. He's got to know that the more he tries to convince them not to depose him the more they will double down, stupidly thinking he's scared of being deposed and that he must therefore know something of value.

I feel like Nick is trying to get them to waste money fighting to get deposition first in Texas court, than to Minnesota court, and then, at the end of the day, get absolutely nothing for that investment.

But honestly I hope they are successful in both Texas and Minnesota, because a Nick deposition where they get jack shit at the end of a long legal battle just to get it is the most hilarious, and therefore best, outcome we could hope for.

If I was Nick and have a shit ton of time on my hands, I would definitely fuck with them as much as possible until the lawyer's clients money is siphoned and the defendants would be unable to pay.

That amount of trolling would be fucking god tier, because not only you're fucking with these guys, but these lolcows have to PAY MONEY for it too.
