I'm sorry wut @Svetlana you might need to look into this I am sure these guys got it too especially Nick

This was submitted by the newest super lawyer. I wonder what happened to Casey?

Edit:Read the whole thing, they really want to continue to harp on the go fund me? Seems like wasted time imo.

Lmao, they actually think we are doing some sort of gay ops behind the scenes?
Do they assume that because they do it, we must be doing it to?
don't forget to them we are worse than Satan. They will be in for a shock when it is revealed that there's little to know correspondance between KF and anybody outside of it. Like iirc Null was on Nicks Stream before but that's basically where this shit starts and ends lol

I’m scratching my head as to how or why this new Lawyer is trying to make this about Nick? Or how or why the court would even allow this level of discovery?

I mean, a lot of shit has been archived and debunked and analyzed and discovered here, like the Monkwell Manor photo and the Discord server. Hell, the archives alone is probably stuff that we'd put in evidence if we were in Ty's shoes. What are the odds that Beard and company have crap like the Discord leaks and the ways that show how Jamie is She-Devil?

Same. Maybe to try and scare Nick? Or just trying to cover all the potential bases, like Marchis lawyer did in their initial response.

Additionally, and I may have missed this a few pages back, has Lemon-Boy filed a TCPA motion yet, or is it just Funi?

they almost certainly HAVE everything we archived here. But we didn't give it to them. It's just open for public viewing because it's all public info.

Because Nick has talked about the case openly and publicly, he's a lawyer that openly pro-Vic, he's released stuff about the case the moment it goes public, and people made a big deal of him and Vic meeting in person. Also, there was that time that he said he knew Vic better after a couple of months than the VAs know him after a career spanning decades. Also, they'll probably say something along the lines of "Nick gave legal advice to Vic".

Should we look into her more now that Funimation legally cites her in court documents as being the person that ostensibly triggered their "investigation" into Vic?

Given the gravity of an attorney-client relationship, as well as Nick emphatically denying that he did such thing (going as far as to lecture Perfection for suggesting that he established such a thing with him), and detailing the painstaking effort he made to not establish such a relationship with him, I would imagine that it would be a serious allegation to make and would ultimately be more trouble than it's worth.

To MoRonica's super lolyer reading this thread right now, I'm willing to give up all incriminating evidence against Vic, and alcoholic YouTube lawyer Nicky "Kill the queer, drink the beer" Rackets if you can promise to extradite Shane's chair from it's abusive household and file a lawsuit against Shane for child grooming and whatever sexual crimes against humanity he's committed.

I don't expect anything to come out of it, but I assume they will find nothing between Nick et all and will further cement Nick's cautious nature towards communication, access to information, and his commentary on the case, especially when they find out how the Go Fund Me was setup, you know just like Nick has been saying for months. I expect at least 1 smug drunk stream when the requested info hits public filing with copious amounts of yelling "I TOLD YOU THIS FOR MONTHS".

Well, remember, these folks have sent bar complaints and gotten embroiled in a full-blown lawsuit, I doubt there's few extremes they'll not go to at this point in time.

I don't see why the court should grant this discovery request when no one has complied with Vic's.

It's not a discovery request yet. It's simply MoRonica sent out preservation letters. But trying to Subpoena such communications from an Attorney is going to be an insanely stupid fools errand. Nick can fight any such subpoena's at pretty much zero cost to himself, another $30 grand costs to MoRonica, and a high likelihood of success. Or at least vastly limiting the scope of any inquiries. Nick meets all the tests for being a Journalist. He has an established and informative publication. He could escalate any subpoena requests up to the Federal Level, and he would not only make more money from his "Lawsplaining the Internet" publication in doing so, than what it would likely cost him. He could write off those expenses on his taxes as production costs.

I am still trying to figure out how anything in the new guys Document Retention Requests would fit into Casey's filed response?

Don't forget Ty Beard is officially Nick's lawyer in Texas meaning they're just letting Tyrone have another way of pounding them.

More ways to defame Vic and harm those who side with him? This seems pointless.

That's the lunacy. Ty can step back and not burn any of Vic's money regarding this. Nick can file his own motions to quash any subpoena's for his own reasons. Anything sent towards Nick burns MoRonica's money without having any impact on Vic's funds. For most people sent a subpoena it's cheaper and easier to comply. That calculus gets very different when you are subpoena'ing a lawyer who isn't a principal to your case, and already doesn't like you. And I am pretty sure that Nick's response to the court to any subpoena would include Ron's State Bar Complaint's and his encouragement of others to brigade such complaints.

And once again this puts Nick, his shows and his analysis in front of the Judge. Which would seem to be a bad strategy.
