I took an interest in Kelly at first just because I used to work in Rheumatology for a time when I still worked at a hospital. During that time (about 6 months) I only think I met 1 patient with the condition. I posted the diagnostics above and as you can see, there's a lot more than just lesions. I'm certain the doctors know if she's faking or not.

The treatments are similar to that of rheumatoid arthritis, if her symptoms were this medication resistant she would be on infusions by now if her doctor was anything worth his salt. If she was smearing shit into her cuts on that kind of medication she would be dead, we wouldn't even give those infusions to a patient if they had even a hint of a UTI or recently had a cold because you basically have 0 immunity afterwards. So she can't be taking those tablets or be on anything else.

So yeah, massive X to doubt. They must know and I think turning her away like that is just the most proof you could need.
 
I always thought she was trying to replicate genital ulcers when she was rubbing glass shards and pins on (and IN) her vagina. It's just that her OB gyn found them and she had to go with the abuse story.

She's taking cyclosporin (Post Pg50) which I think is comparable with sulfasalazine which is one of the starter immunosuppressants before they try something stronger. I absolutely agree with you that she wouldn't be alive on infusions. I doubt she could even take methotrexate or biologics because they need to be stopped too if you have a sore throat or cold. I wonder though if she's been given these for the doctors to cover themselves even though they are aware at this stage that her wounds are self inflicted on the off chance that she does have bechets or some other autoimmune disease and her picking is making it worse.
Auto immune is so variable in how it affects patients and I know munchies take advantage of that but for example you can have a patient with chrons who doesn't have any of the stomach problems and you can have a patient with arthritis who's blood tests never show rheumatoid factor so I can understand a just in case scenario where a doctor treats a patient for a suspected auto immune disease even if they think the patient is actually causing the damage them self.

HA! Great catch!!! I've thought before that its pretty ironic many of her pics are against a stark white wall or some other no background background.

But can we get some clarity on the genital ulcers thing @600lbsAnorexic ?? Also, doesn't Behcets cause genital ulcers of sorts. She should be glad her pussy hasn't rotten off. Or maybe that's in the pipeline of insta-posts. "Hey guys, does my labia look right?" "omg guys! I am so scared! What should I do? warning: gross pics to come! Please don't report" *shows puss* (just barfed in my mouth)

Nice catch! The wall behind her seems to be pulling into her orbit too. But the photo below doesn’t look altered, that’s the main one we’ve been referencing. Cause that ankle/foot is fucked.

I hadn't looked too close at this one until now and I agree its shooped but she's had cankles for some time, I think even pre-skin grafts and the muscle tissue transplant made them even more obvious on the leg she had that done on. Her feet are really swollen though and they don't look shooped.

I didn't even see that - good catch! Y'know, even without photoshop hers legs are horrifying. Somehow she thinks that they need to look worse? She is cracked in the brain.
 
Has she never seen an ulcer before? If she was honestly trying to fake genital sores like that by using glass or whatever, it wouldn't look like a fucking ulcer lmao. They're gross, you can't even sit down properly on them cause they're so sore and anyone who's had a mouth ulcer before can probably imagine what it would feel like.

If you chewed on some glass and then told everyone to look at your "mouth ulcers" everyone would probably be very confused, so I don't know why anyone would believe her if she genuinely was doing that with her genitals.

You wanna prove you have your condition Kelly? Show your mouth ulcers, since that's the literal only baseline symptom you sped.

Still, I'm confused as to why she has immunosupressant pills when her legs look like that- like her skin grafts are fucking BLACK why would a doctor tell you to kill your immune system with that on your body? Idk just seems fishy to me, unless her doctors are just trying to kill her so they don't have to deal with the bullshit anymore lmao.

Immunosuppressants are used in treatment of behcets, which her dumbass doctors believe to be causing the ulcers destroying her skin grafts. The idea is the body will stop attacking itself and have a better chance of healing. I don't think it's more deep than that.

It doesn't sound like her plastics doctor is onto her, unlike her psychiatrist and various hospital staff (she mentioned she's often ignored at hospitals once staff see her fucked up arms).

Even with mouth AND genitals ulcers, she’d need proof it wasn’t caused by a deficiency or something else. There are way more common causes of those than Behcets.

Yeah I know why she's on them, but I just don't see why the doctors believe her. Has she mentioned if she has a Rheumatologist before? Cause name and shame them if so cause I don't see how any doctor could diagnose Behcets unless she is choosing not to show a ton of her symptoms. She posts everything else, why not show of your gross ass mouth covered in ulcers or your crusty dry ass eyes or something? It would literally shut everyone questioning her up, but she never does it.

That level of severity when it comes to lesions in Behcets is really rare, I'm sure a doctor would be jumping at the chance to study it. Most people just get redness, not extreme bed sore levels of skin erosion like Kelly seems to have. Also, departments talk to each other. If psych have their suspicions about her, shouldn't her other consultants have record of that sent to them? I would want to know of my patient's mental health could have a detrimental effect on the skin graft I worked my ass off to place.

Maybe I'm just overly optimistic, but I find it really hard to believe she has all these doctors wrapped around her little finger at this point when she's been in and out of hospital as much as she has.
 
Call me crazy, but I agree that i don’t think Kelly meant for things to go this far. However after her surgery and grafts she KNEW her legs were permanently fucked, despite the beautiful healing the grafts started to have when she was supervised and had no access to them.

Now that she’s having this extreme lymphedema on top of her surgeon basically telling her they’re not going to do anything else until “the process” is complete (aka we’re not admitting you back to the hospital for this bullshit until psych is onboard and you have a 24/7 sitter), I think deep down she knows the gig is up.

I think she’s going to continue messing with her legs intentionally until they’re “reallllllly bad” again and while I don’t think her original goal was amputation, I have a disgusting feeling that she feels that’s her only option; make things worse until they’re forced to do something. And I’m sure that something will have to be amputation when tissue, nerve, and bone damage is taken into account.

And while that would be horrifying to anyone, I can see Kelly thinking in her extremely fucked up mind that with prosthetics she can finally become the ballerina she’s never been good enough to achieve. I can see her believing that she’ll get invitations to dance at all these places as an “inspiration” and her tragic story will be turned into a movie or some bullshit like that. I truly believe that she believes amputation will finally get her ALL the medical, CI community, etc groups’ asspats and recognition.
