Wicked ironically is super fucking relevant today. One of the central plots of the book/musical is censorship (the good guys, IE the Wizard of Oz and his government subordinates, LITERALLY engage in a mass deplatforming/censorship campaign designed to wholesale silence all dissent to his regime's corruption complete with a scary as fuck running arc phrase about how if you deny an enemy his voice (literally in the case of the Wizard's scheme), you literally dehumanize the person and turn them into a mindless beast who you can abuse and torment at will and they can't do anything to protect themselves).
Not to mention the fact that the Wizard is a sex pervert and Elbia basically a stand-in for a progressive, left wing type idealist who gets red pilled HARD when she realizes the extent of the left's corruption and the lengths they will go to in order to keep their grasp on absolute power, in the same way Richard Spencer's super villain origin relates to how Richard got red pilled HARD by the Duke Lacross False Rape Accusation scandal.
The lack of self-awareness on them is pretty sad actually. They have absolutely no idea what's gonna come on them at 2020. Perhaps this is just a pathetic way of coping.
To be fair, the current meme being pushed IS that that the Mueller report was indeed a smoking gun and the the combination of Trump and Barr screaming "100% not guilty!" before it was officially released, combined with left outright screeching "Americans are mentally re-tard-ed!!!!! They don't read and are stupid toilet water drinking re-tards who have to have our spin on the Mueller report spoon fed to them, because Trump beat us to the punch and got his spin out there first!". Complete with them re-running the clip where you have a reporter browbeat an elderly woman with the left's interpretation of the report, until she breaks and says "I guess Trump's a treasonous shit after all!!!!".
So much was put into the Mueller report being their "smoking gun" and when it turned out to be a huge dumpster fire of vagueries and implications of Democrat corruption? Combined with Trump and Barr beating the lunatic left by getting their spin out first (which basically fucked over the left and their media cronies plans to spend WEEKS spewing their lie filled interpretation out onto the airwaves in order to lay the groundwork towards stage two of their coup, IE impeachment)? Has major members of the left losing their fucking mind, because they have zero Plan B in the event that the Mueller Report didn't give them their excuse to move into stage two of their coup plan (IE impeachment).
So you have shit like this, being done in hopes they can bully and browbeat people into accepting THEIR fake news interpretation of the Mueller report in hopes of forcing enough people onto their side via browbeating and intimidation, so they can force Nancy to go ahead with impeachment and maybe scare the necessary number of Republicans in the Senate to participate in said coup in terms of defying McConnell and convicting Trump.

It should be noted that for all of it's SJW bullshit, SVU can be shockingly red pill: the show's repeatedly shown the main character Olivia Benson sending innocent men to jail on false rape charges, several of the cops have been repeatedly shown to be corrupt as fuck and using their positions to help family members get away with horrific crimes (like the current blonde female cop, who helped her evil sister frame her boyfriend for abuse/rape and killed him, then helped her beat the charges in court after being browbeaten by her evil mother to help her sister be found not guilty).
Hell, they even did an episode where a guy was able to get acquitted of rape and murder because he brought forth all of the corrupt shit that the cops did in a conga line of "the cops who arrested me are corrupt as fuck" comeuppence.
Plus there is the irony of the show only continuing to air, because a major NBC executive has a sick, openly stalkerish obsession with the actress playing Olivia Benson and that he won't let the show be canceled because then he can't creep on the actress full time. And that he makes the writers push her to the forefront and write emmy bait episodes involving her to keep her happy and put up with the network executive's stalker behavior.
