Hes talking about that Chappelle show skit about the superhero that rapes and saves, but it was in one of his Netflix specials, not the actual Chappelle's Show. Ralph's memory is so fucked.

I think @Flamenco is correct when he said that the fact that Ralph's off of probation explains a lot. Must've been really freeing for him to know that he can abuse pills again.
 
I think one reason people obsess over Ralph (aside from all the others) is because hes a unique specimen. He spent years covering fuck ups and then made many of the same mistakes himself.
