This isn't just a big brained move-- this is extreme hydrocephaly.

What even is the second-to-last statement? "This request is vague because I don't know what words are so that means that the info being asked for is info that Plaintiff already has (access to) or is publicly accessible.

I mean, was that ever a valid objection in the first place, given that the point of discovery is to-- at minimum-- get information that counsel is already privy to into evidence?

Seems like either Vic's patience has worn thin or some one sat him down and told him that these people are just going to keep playing silly games as a way to get back at him and to wear him down both mentally and spiritually. Even now with a lawsuit going they're still trying to find any spiteful way they can to hurt Vic.

Is... Is Casey spinning this as if the request was for every single document in existence that references Vic (internet forum posts, news articles, etc), as opposed to documents that Ron himself has created or been involved with? Because they aren't saying that Ron has created hundreds of thousands of documents that would need to be searched through, are they?

They might also be attempting to stall as a means of draining Vic financially, though that seems a very odd play since it will cost them, too. Then again, I'm applying reason and that is something MoRon and company seem to be very short on. No doubt Casey gets paid either way, so he's certainly willing to string this along.

They'd have to have at least x3 the liquid cash Vick does for such a thing to be viable and that's before factoring in the 180k from Vic's GFM, I don't think they're trying to bleed him out. I just think they're malicious little shits who never expected any of this to happen to them and are now doing things just to try and get in those last few digs at Vic before they get raked over hot coals in the court system.

They overplayed their hand and have absolutely nothing, so all that they can do is hope they can just keep upping the ante so much that they don't get called on their bullshit. Unfortunately smiley Ron doesn't have a very good poker face.

Part of MoRon's defense seems to be 'That Nick Rekieta is soooo evil!' and yet Casey had the opportunity to set the judge's expectations for what to think about Nick when his channel was brought up during that hearing. The judge asked if Casey had listened to Nick's show, and he didn't set the stage by claiming, 'It was pretty outrageous,' or 'It was very concerning.' He said it was pretty entertaining. I think Casey slipped off message there. Now the judge is going to question whether Nick's show is really that awful when MoRon later try to bring it up, because the defense's own attorney gave him the impression that it was pretty entertaining.

Thotmore and the accusers love to scream on twitter but the minute it goes to court they suddenly are not willing to swear under oath. Almost as if they are all liars.
If you cannot even get a single woman to swear under oath and you have promised hundreds of victims, you are so screwed. Like holy fuck
