Yep, this is opiate drunk, not just your regular old drunk. That extremely audible pill consumption confirms it. Explains why everything has gotten exponentially worse in the past couple weeks.

My guess is that they told him multiple times not to stream and he showered them with drunken insults until they stopped giving a shit.
