Where did you find this person? If you can verify her claims somehow, be it through public records, or proof provided by this woman then it could be the information that saves this little kid's life. I mentioned building a legitimate case against Desmond's parents to provide to CPS, and this looks like a fucking goldmine to get that kid out of hell.
Well if we take into account of what her eldest daughter said of her mother being fed up with her and not being proud of her at all I can conclude that she is trying to make Desmond into the perfect daughter that she wish she had with her previous one. One that parties like her and acts just as bitchy and selfish as her. In short she doesn't want to deal with the responsibilities of raising a child and be a actual mother.
