At a certain point, old haggard people can pass for either gender if they really want. Some old hags look more manly than I do. He doesn't need surgery or E, just wear a green dress and some pearls.




For reals though, when middle aged men are widowed I've heard of plenty who get botox / plugs / nicer clothes / new car / and yes, makeup (but only coverup, nothing to look womanly). It's nothing to do with trooning out, they're dealing with their grief and probably trying to be as attractive as they can be so they don't have to be single for too long ... sure the guy in the case is about 100, but old people never think they're old.
 
Obviously anecdotal, but the men in my local care home fucking love their nails and cosmetic grooming being done by the girls.

Just cause you're wearing a thick ass continence pad doesn't mean you can't feel pretty.

There are only a few contraindications for HRT. Being literally Methuselah is one of them.

Plus I'm not sure a dude who grew up during WWII would enjoy a Jap getting anywhere near his dick with a scalpel. Book him an appointment with Suporn and watch that egg hatch for real.
