The problem isn't that Canada as a whole ain't cheap, it is that he's living in the Lower Mainland of BC, where people make Columbus, OH wages with San Fransisco, CA housing prices. And even if those housing prices do come down, it would absolutely wreak the economy there.

I'm actually curious how many of his liberal youtuber supporters had a moment of pause when he pivoted away from attacking crowder and youtube to attacking youtube's advertisers. Ironically, going after the advertisers does almost nothing to hurt crowder, as almost all of his content is demonetized and he makes his money from fans using a subscription service to him. Given that vox is owned by nbc, it reeks of another gay op by old media to try and sabotage youtube.

This new adpocalypse is suppose to focus only on certain content creators, so it isn't gonna backfire on anyone who supports it... expect it already has. Oops.
Geoff is an anime expert, so I am gonna assume that he knows how to handle a double-edged sword. It would suck for him otherwise.
