She nearly had an innocent men destroyed not because he wouldn't lie with her (there's a lot of wives of Potiphar involved with this, now that I think about it), but because she needed to feel important. I agree with @KingofNothing . I know they're KickVic (especially Friedrichs, SJW through and through) but just want to cover their asses "in case he turns out to be actually innocent". They're Sabat's puppets when it comes down to it.

To my knowledge Friedrichs kept his mouth shut just like the rest of TFS but LittleKuriboh's wife released a statement the concluded with a literal and figurative "Fuck you Vic" that LK parroted whilst Malzar was " almost " raped at a party by a group of guys whilst he was intoxicated but a friend of his called them off. He's apparently neutral but I can't say.

Idk, I don't think people will particularly be lining up to doink the lady who starts a hashtag to ruin a man's career because she thought he looked suspicious. IMO if she could do that, it's likely she's the type who would scream rape if they were caught cheating or "wasn't satisfied" during the act.

Well yeah, but the point is, you have a reinforced narrative that has been further pushed out by the parties in question, and it's ArmZ boitoi nonetheless, who had little to nothing to do with this to my recollection.

EDIT: I agree with Shaggy, it's pretty clear that TFS is KV, they just don't wanna destroy the standing they have with their community, despite the news becoming more mainstream and that if (or rather, when at this point) Funimation loses the case and their license, Toei is going to nuke the fuck out of TFS as Funi was the only ones holding them back from their previous attempts.

I don't know who Friedrichs is, but if you're talking about Scott Frerichs, AKA KaiserNeko, he went off on this huge spiel about how he was also sexually abused and that he can sympathize with Monica and all that junk. I'll try to find the tweet where he did that, but I know for a fact that he said something along those lines.

Unless there is some other dude involved named Friedrichs, in which case I'll feel really dumb.

In February 2019, the Supreme Court denied a petition brought by Katherine McKee, one of the women that accused Bill Cosby of sexual assault, which claimed that Cosby had leaked a letter that permanently damaged her reputation, and had sought civil action against Cosby on this matter. Lower courts rejected her case on the basis of New York Times Co., stating that she "thrust herself to the forefront of a public controversy", making her a limited public figure and requiring the higher standard of malice to be demonstrated. The denial by the Supreme Court did not include a vote count, but Justice Clarence Thomas wrote the solitary opinion on the case, agreeing that denial was appropriate per New York Times Co., but stating that he believed that decision of New York Times Co. was made wrongly. Thomas wrote "If the Constitution does not require public figures to satisfy an actual-malice standard in state-law defamation suits, then neither should we".[23] The views of Thomas, a conservative, mirrored that of President Donald Trump, who had repeatedly called for the review of libel laws in the United States to give those defamed by others a "meaningful recourse in our courts".[23]

This bothers me the most about any of it. When you go through such an ordeal, you usually remember even the hardest and smallest detail. It's hard to forget after all. But thing is, they can't recall even the biggest things, and it's so woresome and makes actual victims look like a cry-wolf situation when they come out on these types of platforms.

Why do people come out on twitter or tumblr and the like? Well, I think it stems from the fact, that not much can be done in certain cases. Look back to the Renard/Squishy thing. He had run back off to Canada, no way were they going to extradite him on a small charge like sexual assault, but she was able to run his name through the wring... And luckily, had detailed recallings and multiple witnesses come forward for her. (Her own brother included.)

However, people like this who signal, and scream, "HE HURT ME" without any refute, it makes claims like that weaken.

It's simple. Go to the fucking police, file a report and get the person arrested if they actually did what you said they did. I think most of everyone in the world can agree that we want both A. Rapists and B. Pedophiles (both are what they are accusing him of) locked up behind bars.

The only excuse that you can give for not coming forward is that you were in danger of doing so, but if you knew everything that happened and you weren't kidnapped, it shouldn't be an issue.

Barring that excuse, either you're an attention whore who's desperate to become relevant, or you're a disgusting, fucking liar. Or both.

People like this make me fucking sick.

I am inclined to reject out of hand the allegations of nearly anyone with pronouns in their twitter profile or a tumblr account at all, for any reason whatsoever, because they're always insane liars.
