He did actually. In Road to Wigan Pier he included vegetarians in a list of crank middle/upper class groups who had found their way into the Labour Party at the time, and questioned why such people were attracted to socialism and what the people whose lives actually needed improvement would think of cranks like that. The entire book is very relevant to this day, and not just because of all the rich vegetarian (sorry, they're vegan now) "socialists" telling the poor people how to live.

Thats the thing from time to time you do see someone who is legitimately reasonable pop out of the woodwork. And then either the ususual suspects swarm on these people or the mods lock the thread before any progress can be made (if they dont outright ban you)

A while back I was discussing the tv tropes community with another former user. He said that he works with autistic children and between the kids and the tropers he felt the tropers were far more stubborn and difficult to work with

On another note their was this particularly repugnant troper who went by the username Adricdepsycho. He doesnt seem to post on the site anymore. Did he get banned or something

Oh my god the TV tropes mods actually made a good decision for once. I'm a constant ban evader on tv tropes. My primary reasons for this are annoying the mods, seeing how long I can go without being caught, and just because I can. That may sound a bit spergy... and you'd be 100 percent correct.

Anyways, Adric and I go back awhile. There was a time when I was younger and far more of a sperg than I am today that I considered him an arch nemesis of sorts. Of course now I feel nothing but a mixture of pity and disgust now. Their was just something so... fascinating about his stupidity. It baffled me as to how someone could be so dense, nosy, paranoid, self righteous, and just all around unpleasant. He provided such classic moments of absolute stupidity like white knighting Chris Chan, accusing RLM of being racist for not being head over heels in love with Black Panther, sperging out over Pando Lando, And getting his panties in a twist over me quoting Rorsarch. In a very strange way, I miss him

So whats he up to nowadays

Just wanted to say that's a really autistic thing to do. I think some of the crap TV Tropes does is asinine and I don't like all the things their mods do, but I decided to set up my own sandbox instead of repeatedly trying to shit in their theirs.

Like it or not, they chose the path they are on, and nothing you do will change anything, it's just fighting windmills.

I'm aware its incredibly foolish, autistic, and a waste of time I just don't care. Besides I see myself as doing them a favor. Its good to have your echo chamber challenged from time to time

So aside from Adric in the mods who would you say is the most autistic user

I’m surprised there’s no mention of Trump though, considering the theme of corrupt adults and TVTropes being TVTropes.
