Someone may have texted/messaged Vic and he may have confirmed that he did record that extra interview for the Blu-Ray even though Monica is trying to say he may not have recorded it.
Someone's saying it's still on IGN's channel. Idk how true it is
Here's paragraph 19.

I'm betting it's text messages from the cons proving the idiots told them he was about to be arrested.

And then they told some loose lipped "friend" they knew he wasn't going to get arrested
Brilliant

There's this but I don't know if it's the one they were going to include in the extras or one IGN did just for their website

Paragraph 19 contains hints/clues about the new information that came in at the last minutes. The actual evidence wasn't included

My guess would be it relates to the claim that Vic was going to be arrested immediately and the admission by Marchi that she knew damn well this wasn't the case, and about which she said she hoped a child had been raped by Vic to save them from their lies.

Brilliant

If a friend told you something like that and you hadn't previously known what a complete piece of shit they were, you would probably reconsider having them as a friend, utterly disgusted by what a vile person they turned out to be.

Oooffff Monica says multiple investigations with proof, evidence, and testimony. Hope you can produce that

3 different claims. The supposed fan kiss, the jellybean incident, and whatever else.

That's "3 investigations," if you twist your words.

Whose Bill Webb in the Tabletop industry? They have talked about them a few times a lot in tweets.

There's that "missing / broken stairs" term again.

Not only are these types conspiring amongst themselves, they're conspiring across industries. (This is why they HATE that GamerGate shared their playbook with ComicsGate, Weeb Wars, etc.)

I mentioned hearing something about it earlier but so far I haven't found anyone talking about it other that 2 people in Nick's chat.

Edit: I also can't find any proof other than those 2 people in Nick's chat.

Unless I'm horrible at this there's no mentions of Todd being removed anywhere. I checked all the usual Twitter people who talk about this, mentions of Todd on Twitter for the past couple of days, a couple of Reddit pages, Google pages that mention Todd in the past week, and Youtube videos in the past week... Nothing mentioned him being removed.

Probably a misunderstanding. VIC has been removed from the credits repeatedly on Funimation products. Intentionally and maliciously. This included them either dummying out (leaving on the disc but making it unavailable via menu) his extras interview on the Broly BluRay, or outright removing him. This at the same time they fucked up the Bluray utterly -- the entire thing has a disgusting green tint due to Toei sending them a shitty video file (again).

My main question is mostly about the interrogatories for social media handles, etc.; is there really a sure way to determine if any one of these individuals omits any? Discovering sock puppets seems like it would be difficult, I’m not sure how that might be subpoenaed.

It entirely depends on how much leeway the court gives in regards to the party pleading for particular discovery items. For instance, if BHBH requests all digital communications in regards to social media in a certain time frame (as they have already) and the person(s) responsible for investigating those communications at BHBH sees a red flag (e.g. a random ass email to or from Raised by Wolves or regarding admin functions for a RbW account OR a suspiciously low/blank amount of digital communications in a particular time frame as compared to their average/typical communication amounts/targets), then they probably press for a subpoena with the appropriate parties (gmail for deleted emails or the appropriate email provider, twitter for deleted tweets and registered account holder details, phone company, ISP, etc.) to begin unmasking those details.

Long story short: It depends on the skill of the investigator/team, the honesty of the involved parties, the legal authority the court decides to extend and perhaps most importantly; the funding to fuel all of the above.

EDIT: Feel free to correct me resident experts. I am not an expert I just drink beer with them occasionally.

FURTHER EDIT: Somebody I do consider an expert in regards to such investigations has told me more than once they ALWAYS ask for certain things they are already confident they know the answer to in regards to such communications (typically a witness has provided the evidence already) so they can compare. If there is a discrepency, they get to go to the judge and get the keys to the kingdom for blackened earth.

"Hi Twitter Legal Department. I need to know any accounts logged into via the same IP address as this account, or using the same email address / phone number / Google AdSense thumbprint."

(Yes, Twitter violates privacy law and uses Google's AdSense thumbprint as an ID for it's users.)

I just started watching last night'sstream, and I have to say, Nick's technical issues (his opening rant being completely muted in this instance) are kind of endearing.

Yeah, I was yelling at him in chat as well. Then he trolled us. Have to give the boomer props for that. It was well played.

@Jack Atlas I think you are up
The king does not fear, i challenge Monica, La Choy, Marchi, Sabat and Funimation in a 5 vs 1 duel for the fate of Vic.

They also track user agent (browser) and Device ID (phone model). Even if they got cute and used a browser on their phone instead of the Twitter app, Twitter would still have tracked that. The Device ID would be the same.
