I made an account after having followed this here for a long time.

I love playing GURPS. After I quit D&D I moved to GURPS and me and my GF even got together due to her playing Munchkin with our college friends years ago. I can't believe I haven't heard a whisper about this event though. I frequent the GURPS subreddit and official forums and occasionally even the discord.

BTW: If Ty is reading this; This case means a hell of a lot to some people like myself. I experienced something like what happened with Vic on a smaller local scale growing up. Moving away was my only option, since I was a kid and couldn't fight accusations from "adults". Get your boot on their throats and push them into the ground. Do not have mercy.

I wish I had someone to play GURPS with. I've GMed a one-off campaign and it was a lot of fun for everyone, but not anything recently.

Are you referring to ConTessa? As far as I can tell, it's not a company in the sense that it's selling something. It just seems to be an advocacy group.

Anyway, this Stacy D is apparently a serial concern troll and boycott campaign organizer and such, but I can't find anything regarding her doing anything that might approach TI. But perhaps there are things behind the scenes. Perhaps we'll find out tomorrow.

Appreciate the welcome. You probably won't see me post all too much though, much like Soye I prefer to watch.

I have a GURPS campaign scheduled to start something like 3 weeks from now, I think? I highly recommend Dungeon Fantasy. You can either get your D&D fix with fewer balance issues in regards to mages (just don't use sorcery, make mages buy their spells as powers and use magery as a power talent) or you can do what I love and go almost Darkest Dungeon with it. I GMd in various D&D systems (everything from 1e to 4e including a couple years of Pathfinder) and I love how violently lethal GURPS is. Yet played intelligently you rarely see players die. Reminds me of playing AD&D! All in the prep work and taking the right gear. Wear a helmet unless you want brained, lol.
