How many holidays are there for Easter in the US? If the complaint got filed on Thursday, would it be next week before Nick could access it?

It depends. It's not a real holiday in the US per se. It's not a federal holiday but some people take good Friday off (4/19). Also, bear in mind it's Easter Sunday, not Easter Monday so Easter doesn't fall in the work week. Where I work the teams don't even get Easter Sunday off.
