Rekieta has started his stream with "alt-right adjacent" sci-fi and comics author John Del Arroz. He's 14 minutes in (he started four minutes late and JDA was muted for the first two afterwards) and there's been no mention of today's non-events regarding Weeb Wars.

Nick just mentioned that the 3 "investigation" stories are specifically the 3 stories that Vic was told about. It's possible that there were other stories in their investigation that Vic wasn't told about - if so, I suppose that those would have to come out during discovery.

edit: I will say, nothing against Jon Del Arroz, but this other guy that Nick brought on - I can't remember his name - is actually pretty entertaining. It's mostly not about Vic, although they have touched on that topic a few times.

I'm curious what the timeline on this is. Was this one filed even after one or both of the previous attempts were read off by Nick on stream? Are they just going to keep trying to get him disbarred due to his mean tweets until it finally works?

That's pretty much irrelevant to a SLAPP motion. That's arguing about facts. SLAPP is entirely about the pleadings and assumes the facts alleged by the plaintiff are true.

That's on top of it being a purely idiotic argument.

Super strange, don't know if he's against vic trying to smite him or just exceptional
Either way he's a huge autist and I'm surprised he has the energy to go on for so long
 
How many holidays are there for Easter in the US? If the complaint got filed on Thursday, would it be next week before Nick could access it?
