Someone saw Chris at Target and snapped a photo.

From that guy's perspective, Chris was muttering loudly to himself.

From Chris's perspective (posted here), he was hanging out with his imaginary friends.

Chris later tweeted that he had seen news of the Notre Dame fire and interpreted it as being caused by a Pokemon, so that's probably what he was muttering to the imaginary friends about.

I for one am pleased to see Chris progressing with his bald spot and mental insanity. Tale of the crazy Pacer 2.0! Also, Chris is gross as shit wearing the same clothes everyday and not washing his moldy locks.

The only thing worse than Chris in a skirt and blouse is Chris in a skirt and clown shirt. Chris is like the anti-fashion. A circus clown walking around Target would stand out less than Chris.
 
The one time he gets photographed at Target and he's by the drink machine. The autismal singularity is so strong that he's repeating his entire life over and over while still aging terribly.
