I swear to god there needs to be a way to have Ron legally declared a cuck. Is there? It's looking almost certain that all sorts of tales him being cucked will come out in court, but what I want to know is if there's a legal method BHBH can use to get either the court or Ron himself to declare his cuckoldry. Or is this going to come out in court anyway, where he'll say something like "yes your honor, I was aware Monica was having sex with Vic the whole time."

I believe the precedent was set in Ouzounian v. Kokkinos that a "cuck" is legally equivalent to a "fool"
