I loathe that part where he says "Well, you're just a bad person." Geoff is LARPing as if he's trying to break down why people don't like him, but he just can't help using his old tricks. "Woe is me!" "You're a bad person!" "Just be a decent human being!". I feel like if he was forced to cease with moralistic argumentation, he would kill himself.

Jeff's backpedaling is really emblematic of what he's about, eh? He's the kinda guy who's happiest in the airport waiting rooms of life and ideology, never really getting anywhere in particular but enjoying the momentum and purpose of the perpetual traveler. I guess that inability to engage the real makes a thot the kind of woman he deserves, in a sense.
What puzzles me is how he got where he is. He offers nothing in the way of content. No unsanctioned takes, no more than a smattering of really informed thought in his videos. He's got nothing going for him other than a clever name. How in God's name does a man like this climb to whatever semblance of prominence he's supposed to have?

Said "clever name" started as a gimmick that was so bad he dropped it after using it one time. So he couldn't even get that one right. If you take his channel as a self deprecating jab at him however, in context with his entire Internet presence there's a slight chance he may actually be a secret genius.

I've always wanted to ask someone this, what kind of money is there in what he does, is it really worth the compromises someone like Thew makes? Is the 3 or so years its taken him to get where he is a long time, or did he spike when he hitched his star to the right wagon?
