If they go all the way, on top of being formally disgraced for all to see, I don't think they'll be able to negotiate the flavor of lien they'll be sipping, and they'll be known as the people who wanted to keep up this charade to the point of literally being compelled by court to eat dirt. That's why out-of-court settlements are a thing-- you're in effect admitting "defeat" but it's a less public affair than the one where the justice system is involved.

You're rather optimistic. I'm unsure of the turncoat-type blowback she got when it was revealed that Rackets and ANN either had the same form of contract or had two different contracts that still corroborated the lack of exit-for-whatever-reason-you-feel-like clause, but she was still going up to her (regrettably finite) suspension. In a just society, she would have been shoved into the pits of irrelevance immediately after that screw-up, but Twitter has got to be one of the worst places, socially speaking.

This is dumb, if your goal is helping Vic you shouldn’t do this. Vic is still credited for the work on this AFAIK, buy it, have him sign it. Enjoy the movie.
