That would be the early Genital stage. It's still a developmental stage, and thus it would be highly inadvisable for an adolescent in that stage to be sexually active. Their superego is still highly undeveloped, and thus they're not capable of make good decisions for themselves. This is why while yes, during the middle ages, and prior people did marry at that age, the marriages were almost always arranged by the parents.
I am not utterly confused about sex. In fact I would say more often it is the men who are confused about sex, or at least, how to make sex enjoyable for their partner. I don't know, because I have never had sex because I am autistic, overweight and pretty ugly, but from what I hear many men tend to just jackhammer the women they are with and entirely ignore foreplay, clitoral stimulation etc which is key to enjoyment and orgasms for women. Many of them are also fooled by a woman faking an orgasm.

That I can agree with to an extent. I personally somewhat wonder sometimes if the arranged, or at least a parent supervised marriage system isn't better. Relationship quality has declined as the world has become more modernized. Feminism made women wait later in life, the sexual revolution made both men, and women engage in sex, but not have more children (treating the symptom of the urge, not the cause), and the entitlement culture of today has made men lazy, and women spoiled. I think the metoo shit is just the latest in a long line of encouraging self-destructive behavior. It's degraded the trust bond between the genders. Women fear being raped, and men fear being falsely accused of rape.

I actually think that Jewish men are fairly attractive. There are the jew men with thin faces like the Rothschilds and then there are the fat faced fat lipped jews like Adam Friedland from cumtown. Jewish men I imagine are also responsible with money and not reckless, which I value in a partner. They might be stingy with gifts and whatnot on birthdays and anniversaries, but that is ok with me. I'm a low-maintenance girl.
It is true that men seem to be judged a lot more harshly for being "bad at sex" than women, almost as if it were a personality flaw. I am bad at sports, but no one would consider that a flaw in my personality, just something I happen not to be good at.
