There's still the very slim chance that this is some similar-named lookalike; the image didn't leave much for speculation as to what was done to the girl, and pimeyes hides many good results from free users. If anybody here has a premium subscription they should definitely doublecheck just to be sure.
 
I was on another site for this kind of shit for a long time. The guy who ran it kept not really having the money to keep it hosted very well, so he was constantly asking for donations to get the site up and running again all the while taking it down, hosting it elsewhere, changing the url a bunch of times... It got tiring keeping up with it.
A lot of these places advocate for fantasy over reality and to avoid anything even like fantasy simulation play in real life, as it's dangerous as fuck as you don't wanna be found dangling from the ceiling with a boner - To the point they'll ban real life material. (But they end up talking about all that stuff anyway in PMs, and in the case of Darkfetishnet was a half-assed cover to try ease some stares after the Gilberto Valle incident)
With that it ends up 99% of the site is uncanny valley 3D models with lifeless golem faces and terrible photoshop edits.

Not really a fetish site, but any of you remember an old gore shocker site called Bloodshows? Dude who hosted it had drug problems and the site ended up constantly going offline and online as he struggled to pay between hosting and drugs. Eventually it just disappeared and was unheard of. Turns out the dude who ran it ended up going on a murder suicide.

This is a third world country, so in actuality it's probably like Venezuela or something where the other inmates torture you to death with the consent of the guards. So for a cannibal they probably force some other loathsome inmate to eat him alive (and hopefully film it for Liveleak). So Shady here should probably go to jail if he wants an easy source of human flesh.

I'm no expert in slicing up breasts, but I've cut myself a whole bunch of times while cooking and even other people once or twice. Those pictures, while perverse, do not seem to show anything besides superficial cuts at the very worst. You could definitely poke a fairly blunt knife into the underside of a tit like that and cause nothing more than pain and some rawness. San Francisco flight attendants draw more blood from each others anuses every day.
