So why does ANN get to state they got KamehaCon's contract template but Nick has to redact the info on his?

ANN probably actually did ask Kameha Con for a blank copy of the contract that they use, and Kameha probably sent them one.

I really don't know why Nick couldn't just do that. Maybe, with as close as he is to a case that involves alleged breach of contract between Kameha Con and various different guests, it would be improper for him to contact them directly asking to see what the guest contract looks like.
