I don't get why he's using a random-ass contract. They're just going to retort that it's different than the ones that would apply to Vic and other VAs.

I mean, I get that there's such a thing as "boilerplate" language, but still...

Man, ever since I started watching Nick's channel, which I found because I was interested in the Vic stuff, I've learned so much. I've learned how defamation plays out (at least in texas). I learned what tortoise interference is. Now I'm learning how contract language works.

To be fair, if they cited a more relevant/unredacted contract, Ren would screech about disclosing contracts to the public.

If Nick made the bold claim that the sky is blue she'd still wail away.

It's mind games. Nick's also suggesting that, since discovery would find all kinds of interesting information, it would be in their best interest to flip first since the flipper gets the best deal, and for all they know, the others might also be considering turning.
