Uh, no. Chargebacks are specifically for fraudulent reasons. I don't know about legality, but it's against both MasterCard and Visa's terms of service to initiate a chargeback (in this case a merchant dispute) without it having some substantial claim of fraud. Now, potentially very few issuers or acquirers would fight it, as it may not be worth doing, but it's still not kosher.

Even if renfamous was not important that does not mean she is irrelevant. And even if both were true, there is absolutely nothing wrong with archiving everything. There are literally no downsides.

It has been total radio silence on that front since she went DFE. But that one dedicated autist gave the OP an entire section when it became clear just what had went down. Long after the fact.
