At the con I go to that regularly had Vic, Vic always had a free first autograph. Pictures, soundbytes, additional autographs, etc, were extra. Which I think is more than fair.

I remember Sabat came to the con once and was charging ~$20 for autographs.
 
Vic wants his fans to treat these "people" with kindness and doesn't want his fans attacking them. Vic is too nice for this world

Well, part of legal damages are illicit profits earned by the misconduct, so that would be something to ask for, all of it, as part of the verdict.

It's certainly Vic's right to have that stance, but I would suggest to him that if these people don't get stopped here - if they don't learn the lesson not to hurt people, they will simply pick an easier target next time and not stopping them as hard as possible allows there to be a next time.

Yeah I never had to pay for an autograph or picture at a con. Only one I had to pay for was Robert Axelrod (Lord Zedd from Power Rangers) and it was an autograph on a high quality print that he provided and included a picture with him too.

Monica is charging $30 for an autograph and $20 for a picture. $30 is the most expensive $20 is the most common price from what I see.

Interesting. At said con, Monica and Marchi were also there and had free first autographs. I think it depends on the con.

Also kind of like Toye "relishes" court, Ty welcomes mountains of motions. The difference is it actually does help Ty, since he gets free depositions.

Hrm. Ty just suggested one of the strongarms from Monica Sabat et al was that criminal charges (against Vic) were imminent.
 
Beard just suggested that someone might have suggested to a con owner that they shouldn't have Vic because "criminal charges will be filed any day now".

Which, as we all know, would be a lie...
