I have absolutely no doubt that this whole nutritionist appointment was made up. For a start, none of the measurements add up. She is absolutely heavier than a year ago, its bollocks to pretend otherwise.

She’s recycled the diet plan/measurements her personal trainer shoved into the Folder of Doom last year, or she’s printed one off the internet.

Chantal lies and she’s lying now.

I have a pet theory about Bibi and this "sister" situation. I think they went back to Africa to get married. Arranged marriages are not terribly uncommon in many cultures. Maybe that's why Chantal feels insecure and was so upset when he left? If I'm spouting nonsense or this theory has already been postulated, please feel free to mock me.

It's as valid as any other opinion on it. It's a strange, weird arrangement and the way she has told the story of his "sister" leaves almost anything open to interpretation.

Bibi hasn't been seen in what, like a month? Even just playing vidya? Something changed with him in relation to her filming. Is it the "sister"? Probably.

Bibi is obviously kinda a loser himself but he's moved to a foreign country and held down a job for years while learning a language. He shows up to work everyday. I give the dude credit for that. Compared to chantal that is a drag and a burden on society at least he is producing.
 
So Chantal has a full grocery order in the cabinets and HAS to eat all of that first before starting the diet , she doesn't want to waste it? She lives in an apartment with two other people , one of which is her most loving and loyal bf. How come she and her Prince Charming don't share groceries? It sounds more like a roommate set up to me. Maybe the sister could even eat it since they are such good friends they do Zumba together.

Just another excuse that Chantal is using to say that she is starting "tomorrow" which means that she has already failed. There is still no sense of urgency despite her body being made of more than 50% of pure fat.

Since Chantal is still a teen mentally, she is still acting like she is 15 and still has her whole adult life to figure things out. The truth is that she is 35, fatter than ever and time is running out as her health keeps deteriorating.

You can see how crazy Chantal's eyes are acting at that dinner with her "disabled" sister. You can see how afraid she is that people will take the food that she believes rightfully belongs to her.

You just made a great point about the groceries. She makes it seem as if she buys food independent of her so called “man “. Couples usually shop together or at least decide on the list. The fact that she had to eat all that food before she can start tells a lot. Why not let him eat it? Or maybe the sister ? She’s lying again.

You know those "starter kit" memes? This is the starter kit for a morbidly obese girl on failing diet. Almonds and cheese. Yes, almonds, a food where you can eat 500 calories in a couple big handfuls is a "diet food". Her doctor probably told her it was a "protein" so TEEHEE that means it's calorie free, of course.
