Well. Where to begin.
First, no way her BP is "fine" -no one with that much fat has a normal BP. So, lie number 1.
Second, no way she is 369 pounds. Lie number 2.
Third, we've seen this before. Nothing Chantal loves more than books & charts & plans. However, once she actually ACCURATELY measures 1 TB or a 1/2 cup of something -she'll be done.
She is already dreaming of what she's going to eat for her birthday dinner out & buying cheese at Costco. But, I guess it won't matter, as I don't see her lasting on this diet till then.
But the biggest lie of all? This quack tells her that with this diet she may be able to shrink her cysts. Boy, she just loved that.
So her GP tells her to eat whole foods & stay away from fried things & that she's pre diabetic, this guy sells her a notebook that tells her to measure everything & cut carbs & keep a food diary -but since she just went shopping, this new diet will have to wait until she eats everything already in her house. I'm just wondering why she doesn't already have healthy things in her kitchen. I notice she mentioned 'no chips' allowed on this new plan, so those bags of (Vegan) Doritos will have to be eaten fast. LOL
