I have never wanted to yell “shit or get off the pot” at someone more. Nobody cares about your podcast. Nobody cares about your hashtag. If you have information about zoos and animal abuse, take it to the police. If that’s not an option then just release it to the public without making a song and dance of it for weeks on end for all two of your Twitter followers.

At best this will amount to nothing. At worst it will end with people getting wrongly accused and lawyering up.

This is the second time she's had a car repossessed. Her purebred cat was likely purchased with client money. She can't keep a steady home but furries still manage to lap up any bull she shits out.

Also she used the excuse that "other artists have big queues too but I'm the only one getting shit for it" Yet they are getting chewed out as well but nice try justifying your shitty choices because "other people are doing it too".

She's full of herself and no one is going to get their money, she's been at this too long. The muh rent and bills and duhpresshun excuse doesn't have an expiration date for her. Still waiting to see her supposed statement to go along with all this.

Apparently that's a common occurrence in the fandom. Heard of lots of folks who get screwed with waiting 1+ years for a piece. Off the top of me head there's former socal-now-arizona CassMutt who has pieces due that were ordered as far back as 2017.

Will my piece get done on time? Will they start tweeting about "muh depression" while their backlog rapidly fills up? Who knows!

You'd get shitcanned in the freelance art industry for not producing any deliverables for months on end but in the furry fandom it's just kinda normal.

I know, it's sad. If they tried this shit as say, freelance writers they'd get shitcanned so fast it wouldn't even be funny.

When you need to do research and watch artists to make sure that they're going to be reliable prior to commissioning them...yeah that's a huge problem.

Not to meson this seemingly "race to the bottom" mentality where artists keep trying to undercut each other so even IF they get sales, they'll be making so little that it won't matter.

That's only true when you're an idiot who doesn't vet the artist. Anyone I've commissioned has delivered on time and with impeccable quality. The only time it was very late, the artist bumped it up to the next tier, free of charge as an apology. If you don't look into the artist, then whatever happens is your own damn fault.

Like in any business, shop around, you'll probably find somewhere you like.

This is why you always shop around for anything, not just furry art. You wouldn't go to a car dealer where you get lousy service and if you get lousy service you take your business elsewhere.

The problem is furries will throw money at popufur artists or artists that have a style they like, even if they have no work ethic whatsoever.
