@Null - The Emily Youcis episode was really great stuff, I love that sort of sperging about subtext & themes in works of art.
It humanized her really well, and it humanized you too by showing us what aspects of her creations struck a chord in you.
When I see someone really digging on a piece of art, I get a big insight into what makes them tick, where their values lie.
Before the Youcis stream I'd never really thought of applying that sort of analysis to contemporary internets culture.
