I never been in any tread or spoke with her, so I can confirm she been using istandwithvic hashtag as a block list.

I wonder if the dumb cunt really thinks her silly little block button stops a subpoena.

I think these people have lived such consequence free lives in such airtight echo chambers that they don't have a frame of reference for concepts like defamation & discovery. Nor could they support one this late in the game.

Shane is so goddamn dumb he doesn't just shoot himself in the foot, he shoots off the feet of the people standing next to him too. In a fight you hope someone this goddamn dumb is on the other side.

We were talking about tortious interference from the beginning of this thread and why it would be great if it could be proven because of Texas having such a great version of it.

And this dumb motherfucker goes and maybe provides the last element needed.
In the recent video Nick was talking about tortious interference of a contract. He seemed pretty hyped about that fact, so I assume "of a contract" part makes it a whole different beast from regular TI?

Blocking is kinda pointless anyway. I've only created a Twitter to keep up with this stuff on my own, so zero tweets, hashtags, follows, likes, etc.

We also found out recently that not only did amber heard lie about depp abusing her but that she was beating his ass (and apparenly cucking him 2?) The whole time! 2019 has beem really wild to say the least

I already knew that after Depp released that photo years ago. Did everyone think it was just her being cute?

I think "TI of a contract" is something of a redundant statement, though if there is a formal document that lays things out then someone can easily point to damages incurred.

We were previously talking about tortious interference with prospective business relationship, which is much more difficult to prove in relation to the convention cancellations.

Tortious interference with a contract generally requires actually knowing there is a contract. That's also difficult to prove.

A-Kon or some other entity may have dumped communication between the conventions that would establish that last element. They may have done that to distance themselves from Shane's public stupidity and ensure they weren't liable themselves.

"Oh golly jee, I only reweeted someone else's tweet about a boycott*. Why would anyone think I'm involved?!"

*: And named the hashtag, and retweeted it hundreds of more times, and had my friend from CA write a piece for IO9, and posted about it in a forum for 6 weeks, and... But I'm not involved!

"Tee hee, I'm just a silly billy widdle gurl I donno about no techy stuffs. Now remember to retweet for SEO, and be sure to turn in to my Twitch stream Tuesday where we're going to be marathoning a RTS game from 1999."

(Also: direct factual accusation in the first tweet there, Kaylyn. Hope you have evidence.)

Whether it's an innocent party with access to the info or a party with something at stake, I think Nick's hinted that whoever is the first to come forward will be in the best position and gain the most from it. I'm not sure we'll ever know, but I'm curious as to whether the "best" info we'll get for any of these proceedings comes from parties in danger wanting to get the best deal they can or innocent bystanders wanting to see the "right thing" done.

I highly doubt it would be admissible as evidence in Mignogna v Funimation. It wouldn't be relevant to that case.

I also highly doubt any actual child porn will be encountered if/when this goes to discovery. In my mind it's a stand-in for "some unrelated illegal activity." Assuming or even hypothesizing any of these people are trading CP on Twitter is going a little far.

True.

This year has been insane. First Jussie Smollett fakes an attack, then Journalists are sued by Sandman, Gavin sueing the SPLC, Now Vic will probably take down the half the dubbing industry.

Everything I wish would happen is. The entire leftie progressive bullshit side is falling apart

That's not even close to the major issues with the press. The United States had at least four major fuck-ups in journalistic integrity within the first month of this year:

  1. The Jazmine Barnes murder. Shaun King and a bunch of other dumb black activists were under the impression and re-enforced the notion that a white man killed a young black girl in Texas, only to discover almost a week later that it was two black gangbangers, then they swept it under the rug and acted like race was never brought up. There are people today that still believe that a white man shot the girl.
  2. The Buzzfeed report. The mainstream press was in a frenzy on a report exclusively released by Buzzfeed claiming that Trump coerced Michael Cohen to lie to Congress. A representative of Mueller said that it wasn't accurate, and again, there were people that only used that to re-enforce the idea that Trump is the mastermind of a crime syndicate in the White House.
  3. The Covington boys incident. When the footage was initially reported, the Washington Post, CNN and other news sources slandered the kids by making them look like they were mocking the Native American dude beating the drum. When more footage and more information came out showing that there was more to this incident than initially reported (the Native American not actually being a veteran, the Native American walking up to the kids to disturb them, him being a race-baiter in the past, the black Israelites calling Trump a homosexual, etc.), people wanted to act like it never happened. Celebrities and other high-level figures wanted the kids doxxed and dead. Samuel L. Jackson posted false information about the incident on Instagram and has still neither retracted it nor updated it on his page.
  4. The Jussie Smollett incident (it happened late in January, which is why I added it here). People were virtue-signalling about this dude on the internet until it was discovered to be a fraud. Funny thing is that Smollett actually filed a false police report back in 2007. This was on record, and no one noticed it until now. Ellen Page, Kamala Harris and Cory Booker all virtue-signaled for Jussie when this first happened. They have not retracted their statements nor even talked about him since his arrest.
It's absolutely crazy that all of this is happening, and the year just started. People are just too easily-manip

Out of curiousity, have you seen the images of Amber Heard from The Fappening?

"TEE HEE I'M JUST A GURL I CAN'T DO NO WRONG"

"How does retweeting someone else's tweet about a boycott make me the leader of a boycott?"

Who ever said you were the leader of a boycott?
Edit: I just saw that YellowFlash called her a leader. So, my next response is:

Does it even matter whether you were the leader of a boycott?

All that's needed is that you passed stories along to be considered for libel. Trying to help get Vic out of Anime Matsuri is also potential tortious interference.

These people don't like listening to attorneys, do they?

"If I state publicly I'm not in charge of KickVic, that means the lawyer man can't see me, right?"

Toooooooo late, Bimbo.

47 tweets specifically mentioning the hashtag, including intentional SEO amplification by tweeting out articles that reference the hashtag. And thus, you. Because with thots, it's ALWAYS about them.

And that's not counting the ones where you didn't use the tag, your posts on PULL / ResetEra, your retweeting of other people, your conspiracy by reaching out to old buddies from CA to get the story started, et cetera, et cetera.

You can't run from the Justice Boner.

What are the odds Kaylyn got her some paperwork today?

It's absolutely crazy that all of this is happening, and the year just started. People are just too easily-manip

Don't forget that it turned out that Buzzfeed and HuffPo fired all those people because money from a "anti-propaganda" (read: propaganda) bill from 2016 Obama ran out of funds.

All that shitty Lefty journalism, particularly of the "white men bad, ORANGE MAN BADDER, punch a nazi teehee" variety? Literally was being subsidized by the Democrats in the government.

Learn to Code was a distraction.

The papers she got today probably use that specific language. Unless she deleted some other tweets, she's bringing it up out of nowhere. My gut says she got her papers and is about to go into DFE mode.

No hashtags or tweets about the drama here. The only thing it can be is that the account is following Nick.

Marzgurl may not be the "leader" but it would be foolish to say that she didnt help kick all this off (pun intended)

She absolutely started this, and Allison Cooke (HanLeia) would have been just one more salty fujoshi making an anonymous rant online (that took several tweets), but for Kaylyn signal boosting it. So when or iff Allison gets served she has MarzGurl to thank for that.

So what you're saying is a bunch of wamyn fucked up a mass civil conspiracy? Who would have seen that!

Shane counts as a wamyn, by the way.

I am interestingly not blocked. Nothing juicy though.

Wait I lied. I can see Marzgurl just fine, HanLeia is friends only for me.
