He's down to making soup out of pleather shoes now.

Not good. Nick determined the other night that leather would be best because it might carry at least some nutritional value.

Ron is still silent. So maybe Ron got mail and Shane didn't. I can't imagine Shane is really that important anyways.

Caring and thoughtful individuals could send this to PULL&Co. to get them up to speed on probable current developments.

Old tweet, but looking back, this really shows a glimpse into how extreme these guys think. They honestly believe that simply disagreeing with a VA is enough to not watch anime that they voice in. Before all this hubbub, I was a fan of Monica Rial and the characters she voiced. Before I switched to subs, one of my favorite roles of hers was Minamo in Azumanga Daioh and Momoko in Ghost Stories (kinda power leveling my age here). After all this is over and done with, I'll still enjoy those dubs. The only difference is that I now think Monica is a manipulative dimwit. To these guys though, it seems like separating art from the artist makes you a literal nazi. It's probably why there's so many Medium articles on that very subject.

Since Nick is reading over some KickVic forum stuff, think there's anything on Kanzenshuu that can be forwarded onto him for commentary? I know at least there's one guy who claims to work in legal stuff on there.

Yeah, I remember way back when 4kids still had the rights to TMNT and when they made the finale episode for the 2003 series (which was a crossover with the 80's series), they couldn't bring on any of the original actors because everyone who was still alive was a union member and 4kids wasn't unionized.

Cam Clarke, Rob Paulson, Barry Gordon, and Townsend Coleman were unable to reprise their roles (James Avery, most well known for playing Uncle Phil, was the original voice of Shredder, and was obviously too expensive), and were replaced.

Somewhat hilariously, Paulson was so offended by his replacement's portrayal of Raphael that he said something along the lines of "he was passable, but he's definitely not the kind of person I'd let my daughter date."
I believe this was also why they didn't bring in the Adventure cast for Sonic X, despite telling the new cast "match the old guys as much as you can". The original cast was unionized, 4kids wasn't.

Once, again! THE LEFT CAN'T MEME!!!!

Very, very pathetic!

Also here is the video the small, but very apparent #kickvic cabal are using to paint Vic as a pedo:
For our bingo, there is only one square:

"We will be in touch."
Ah yes I remember when @noctass made that post,as usually just more mocking and no valid arguments.

Hilariously, Vic’s line on that spreadsheet is perhaps the most damning evidence of a conspiracy against him, to blacklist and deny him work for his religious beliefs. And to fabricate everything else in support of that goal. The primary complaints on that line deal with Homophobia and him being Christian. Which makes them think he is “creepy”. Any sex pest complaints are clearly an afterthought and only there to lend weight to the core religious discrimination. And Mr. “Operations Manager for Four Texas based Cons” is referencing this. Shane May be an idiot, but given the way Texas law works any cons associated with him may be nervous. A-Kon was smart enough to disavow him and show they kicked him to the curb long before this. But what of others?

For those of you who are just joining us, and wondering why Vic would be labeled antisemitic in that infamous spreadsheet:

Vic was at a convention panel, and there was a loud crowd noise next door. Vic said something to the effect of "it sounds like a holocaust is going on."

That's it.

I'm not joking.

Somebody call the ADL.

Caitlin Glass is Christian. Those faith services Vic does at cons started because he and Caitlin were singing church songs one Sunday morning at a convention and a bunch of fans gathered to listen, so he decided to make it an actual thing.

She is. When this thing exploded, she made this post on Instagram (which in turn posted on Twitter):

I thought there was another case where Vic was asking why a fan brought another disc for signing and not his sermon disc, and the fan said she was jew, to which Vic joked:"we could change that". Is that a real case or invented by Hanleia?

I swear, that spreadsheet was formulated just like those smash or pass lists kids would pass around in high school. Vic's only had one source to back up his "creepiness" which was that long-discredited tumblr blog. It's clearly just fujoshits and fedora wearers that wanted to get back at him for being a Christian. I hope other christian VAs are eventually able to speak up about this once it's all taken to court.

At this point it's all in Ty's and ALOD's hands. Their arguments, and ours, are now just mutterings on the internet. Granted, KiwiFarms has probably given BHBH enough archives and evidence to the point of overload.

I don't poke my head around PULL and ResetEra and wherever else. I'm assuming they're not OCD archiving like KF is?

I hope other christian VAs are eventually able to speak up about this once it's all taken to court.
I can understand why they wouldn't though. Take the two possibilities, Vic wins, and Vic loses. If Vic wins, they can say they were scared of social media backlash, so that's why they didn't openly support him. But if Vic loses? People are going to mock them and laugh them out of the industry. "You supported a sexual predator, get your ass out of here."

That's what I thought, too. BTW, I don't believe it. If Vic did what that guy said, I'm sure social media would not shut up about it.

First time I'm hearing of this one. The holocaust one is the joke that started the rumor, so it's most likely just Hanleia making up shit. If she did indeed claim that, she could get in trouble for nuking her twitter and the evidence of her tweet.

It's in the ANN article: https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/in...fection-from-voice-actor-vic-mignogna/.142212

A Jewish fan of Mignogna's work on Persona 3 left his autograph line feeling judged in 2010. The 19-year-old lined up with a replica of Junpei's hat for Mignogna to sign and also grabbed a copy of his fan music CD. When their turn came, Mignogna allegedly asked them why they chose the fan music CD but not any of his Christian music CDs. The fan apologized and stated they were Jewish. According to them, Mignogna stared at them up and down and responded by saying, "Well, we can change that."

"I couldn't believe that he would say something like that to me," they said. "I wasn't trying to be rude by telling him my religion, I was just trying to answer his question. I ended up just grabbing the CD and the hat without his signature and apologized to him and just bolted out of the signing line."
